Hybrid work is the new remote work, offering employees greater flexibility. There are however many challenges of hybrid work. There can be a misalignment between in-office and remote employees. Cogito Jellyfish Mobile App can assist with this alignment, by providing automated data around your office locations of where people are working and when. The Cogito Jellyfish Mobile Client App includes a Visitor Management System (that is not just for "Visitors" but for staff and contractors). It can show your floor density as well as other analytics on office usage. In fact, its designed similar to a parking station with a traffic light system for easy reference at an entry point. Organisations that use Hot Desks will show GREEN if available Users can use physical card door swipe information or WIFI. Density is determined by WIFI or use physical card door swipe. Your PACS/EACS is determined by relationship between card, door and user of card. Your WIFI uses a relationship between Network Access Point, Computer and Logon Account of Person.
